    Project Background and Constrction Conditions: This project is located in the east side of the Century Square in front of Yongkang Railway Station. East of it is Yongxing Road. South of it is Shuangfei Road. West of it is East Square Road and north of it is West Chengbei Road. The building covers an area of 3628.17 m2 with one underground story and twelve stories (A part has four stories). The total building area is 25933.46 m2, among which: The floors from the 1st to the 4th are used for business with a building area of 14300.26 m2. The Floors from the 5th to the 12th are used for residential building with a building area of 7624.36 m2; the building area of the top floor is 453.94 m2; the building area of the underground floor is 3554.9 m2. The expiration of the commercial use is 40 years, and that of the residential use is 70 years. This project is suitable for the commercial development such as hotels, restaurants and so on.
